YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Andrea Bey has incorporated a personal yoga practice for over a decade, and completed her 200-hour teacher certification from Core Power Yoga. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. Andrea currently enjoys teaching weekly apartment community classes for Sherman Residential and Kairoi Properties. She also consults privately with clients, using guided yoga sessions and personal coaching for lifestyle changes and health-promoting options that produce real and lasting results. She balances her yoga teaching and health coaching by practicing Krav Maga, a mixed martial art.
